Check eligibility
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and include original tags and packaging. Sale or custom items may be excluded.

Request a return
Email or WhatsApp us with your order number, item details, and reason for return within 7 days of delivery.

Ship the item back
We will share return instructions and the pickup or shipping address. Please pack items securely to avoid damage in transit.

Receive your refund
Once we inspect the return, your refund is initiated. Bank processing times may add 3–5 business days.

Returns & refunds
Eligible items
Most kurta sets, jewelry, and accessories in original condition qualify for return. Intimate apparel, altered items, and products marked final sale are not eligible unless defective.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards, customised or made-to-order pieces, and items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage after delivery cannot be returned.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Contact us within 7 days — we will help arrange an exchange subject to stock availability. You may also place a new order and return the original item.
Damaged or wrong items
Received a defective or incorrect product? Share photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
