Delivery attempts
Couriers typically make up to two delivery attempts. If undelivered, the parcel may return to us — contact support to reschedule or arrange a refund.
Shipping fees
Shipping charges depend on order value, weight, and destination. Free shipping applies when your cart meets the threshold shown at checkout. COD orders may include an additional handling fee.
